We’re seeing increasing demands from customers regarding first article inspections. Whereas the first article used to be a document to prove the first part produced was correct, it’s now more of a live document. It reflects current processes and manufacturing methods used to produce the part. It is becoming more and more important that you have first article documentation up to date.”
