Visual CPM
(Clone Part Manager)
Visual CPM is an application designed to allow the user to Clone data from the various input sources of our Software applications. If you have parts that have been raised in revision and require some of the key data from the old revision to give you an efficient advantage when creating a new report – then Visual CPM is the application to help. Another example is when producing reports for ‘Handed’ left v right hand derivatives – complete one, then use Visual CPM to create the other in seconds... You may even require PFMEA or Process flow data cloning also.
How it works
Visual CPM works by having specific data from all our applications linked to it. Preset checkboxes allow the user to select very easily what it is they require cloning. They simply select the existing part in the Repository, then Run Visual CPM. Choose what they would like to clone and then O.K. The cloned part is placed inside the Repository for use.
