VisualRDE
(Results Data Entry)
Visual RDE results data entry is an app that allows you to enter a measurement results through a data table without being able to change original set requirement. Each result you enter can also be associated to your inspection stamp. This is done by linking your windows login to your inspection stamp. The software can collect single results for FAI or multiple result as required. Visual RDE fully integrates with Visual FAIR, PPAP, ABC etc. You can even create customize fields for data you wish to collect such as quantity accepted or quantity rejected.
How it works
Visual RDE is very simple to use and easy to set up. The table at the bottom of the screen in the above example is based around AS9102 but the column headings and data types can be what ever you require. The user can actually define how tall the table is by dragging it and how wide each column is etc. It will even save this data so the next time you enter the software everything is set how you like it. The software can be set up so the users windows name is tied to their inspection stamp, so every result they enter it can also display their stamp. When you have complete your data entry click on save and set a date completed by. Within Visual IPI you can now see the complete status of the results data entry process.

Benefits
Visual RDE is very easy to learn and use, approx 15 minutes training required only. This can be a great advantage when trying to deploy with lots of quality engineers. Being able to link inspectors to result is often seen as vital within some busy organization and can be a customer requirement.
