Tailored Training

At IPI-Solutions, we take training very seriously and believe it forms a major part of the package we provide to our customers. A well trained customer will use the products more, and therefore we invest heavily into training programs to match each client and to enable them to get the most out of our software. At your premises, at IPI or Online Where we train you is up to you. We will come to your premises if required, or, you can enjoy a peaceful days training at our skills centre in the UK. Whatever your needs we will adapt to you. More often now, we are using online training via a Webex session. This gives total flexibility to you the customer to tale your training in 'bite size' chunks and we have found this to be a very effective way to train users in using our software.

Up and running in 4 hours!

On the day, we will tailor your training to match your exact requirements. Our trainers will ensure that your team has both the competence and the confidence to use IPI Software in the best way for your business. We can even work on a 'live' First Article Inspection Report (FAIR), completing real documentation as part of the training. We generally expect you to be up and running within 4 hours. Skills Matrix

While we constantly strive to improve, we are proud of our success. Using the Skills Matrix as a training structure, recent training graduates have been able to pass their skills on to their colleagues. VisualFAIR trainees can quickly become in-house mentors.

Training Tools

To date, we have created 80 support movies and some additional best practice movies and we still continue to build the library as the product sets grow. We build all these movies in Flashback screen recorder and we send them to all our customers and also make them available online. This allows us to constantly update support requirements to our customer needs.

We provide all of the training pack and the Skills matrix on a convenient memory card

You can then just transfer all of these files to your own PC. This saves any stress on your IT department having to download huge files and it also helps save trees!
